Discraft Chainstar Lite is an affordable portable basket that was specifically created to meet official PDGA basket specifications. It's one tough portable!
The 24 chain configuration consists of 12 inner and 12 outer heavy zinc coated chains, each set secured by separate steel rings above the basket, while the upper, inner S-hooks are strongly confined between two upper steel rings for added strength and reduced inner blowback. The 7mm cage is strong enough to hold its shape for many years under normal conditions.
The elegant design requires no tools for quick set up and breakdown. The 4 leg base offers added stability and a protective industrial powder coating ensures you'll enjoy your Chainstar Lite year after year. the perfect practice basket
I like the chainstar lite because it is easy to put together and take apart as well as it feels like a high quality basket to practice on. There are alot of practice baskets that have single chains or cheap light weight ones but this is the real deal and I love using this to practice before tournaments.

Great basket for practice and kids love it
Pros: It's light enough to carry, but heavy enough that it doesn't have trouble in 10mph winds. Base is steady. Two rows of chains like authentic basket. Cons: The chains hitting the center pole can be loud. Would recommend adding 1.5" pipe insulation (Home Depot or Lowes) to the center pole to quiet it down. Overall very pleased with the basket. Due to winter storms there was a delay in shipping, but Discraft would return calls and emails within the hour to make sure I was taken care of. At times discraft will run a special with this basket: 10 misprint putters included in the sale. This definitely makes this basket worth it over similarly priced ones.

Read the reviews. Did the research. Was hoping this basket came with 10 putters (it did not) but I'll get over it (should be standard). Having said that, this basket is legit. Easy assembly and you're ringing chains in the yard or at a local park. Completely satisfied with this basket.

Quality x price equals a winner
Got one with 10 putters for $149. My son loved it so much I gave it to him for Christmas and got myself one. We took them to a nearby small town park. Set up and 18 hole course with two baskets and 18 tee position. Locals were so impressed with the baskets they thought the park had set up a course! We've had a blast and the 10 putters each with practice has improved our putting. Highly recommend these solid, affordable baskets. 24 chains and price separates them from other makes. You'll love them too.

Chainstar lite
This basket is great. I've got one by mvp that assembles the exact way but the discraft basket rod they use for the basket and base is a thicker gauge rod. I personally believe a better basket. I will buy again. Especially if they have the Christmas deal I got last year. Came with 10 putters n basket for 150
