| MEMORABLE DISC GOLF MOMENT: |
2006 win at the German Open: it was a very exciting final. With ups and downs I won the final in a playoff. After two rounds, I was six strokes behind the leader. Only a hole-in-one at hole 16 saved me a place in the final. This was my personal highlight in the year 2006. |

Newer players sometimes buy too many discs. Better they buy one driver, approach and a putter. This is enough. Later on, you can expand on the models you throw, but learn the basics first. To improve more quickly, watch the pros at tournaments. Learn from their techniques. My idol for distance techniques is Chris Max Voigt. He gives me many tips to add more in my drives.
