This is an order form for custom Discraft Sky-Pro™ Sportdiscs™. When you send this form, you will be taken to another web page to upload your artwork if it is ready. Once we receive your order, we will fax or email you a quote within 2-3 business days.

This order form is for one custom design (your artwork) which you would like printed on the Discraft Sky-Pro™. If you have more than one design, a separate order form must be completed for each design.

The minimum order for custom stamping is 100 discs per design.

The minimum order is 100 discs. Note that the Sky-Pro™ is available in a maximum of one hot stamp color per disc. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. There is an extra charge for all rush orders, call 248-624-2250 for details.
There are a certain number of disc colors included in your order based on the quantity of discs you are ordering. See chart below. A $10 fee will be charged for each additional disc or print color beyond these allowances.
100 - 199 Piece Order
1 color design You may choose up to two disc and two hot stamp (print) colors.
200-299 Piece Order
1 color design You may choose up to three disc colors and three different hot stamp (print) colors.
300 or More Piece Order
1 color design You may choose up to three disc color combinations and four different hot stamp (print) colors.

There is a maximum of four combinations included.

Misprints of your design are available at the time your order ships and are $2.50 each. There are generally 0 to 10 misprints of 100 to 200 and prepaid.
